特大型振動磨的筒徑大,磨筒長度長,裝機功率大,具有其他類型振動磨目前無法達到的水平。分析振動磨的研磨作用,在(zai)很(hen)多行業中均有廣泛(fan)的(de)應用。
特大型振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)工作原理是磨(mo)(mo)(mo)機(ji)的(de)粉(fen)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)腔內不存(cun)在低能(neng)區(qu)(qu),在單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)偏心振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)90-270度(du)的(de)范圍內有(you)更(geng)大的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)幅(fu)(fu)度(du),具有(you)高能(neng)量輸入(ru)的(de)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)帶,在這一(yi)區(qu)(qu)域內從磨(mo)(mo)(mo)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)到磨(mo)(mo)(mo)內介質的(de)能(neng)量輸入(ru)大,是普通振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)4-5倍(bei)以(yi)上,大幅(fu)(fu)度(du)減少低能(neng)區(qu)(qu)的(de)比例,使單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)偏心振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)徑(jing)可以(yi)加大到900-3500mm,遠遠突破常規振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)徑(jing)小于650mm的(de)界限。
筒體內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)磨介(jie)和物(wu)料運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)過程和圓(yuan)(yuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)磨相比發生(sheng)了決定性的(de)(de)(de)變化,產生(sheng)了在磨機(ji)重(zhong)心(xin)半徑(jing)為(wei)r近(jin)圓(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)橢(tuo)(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、靠近(jin)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器側(ce)(ce)磨體沿垂直(zhi)半軸b=2r、水平(ping)半軸a=r的(de)(de)(de)橢(tuo)(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、而(er)在另(ling)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)磨體作(zuo)振幅為(wei)r近(jin)直(zhi)線型橢(tuo)(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)組合(he),從振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器側(ce)(ce)到另(ling)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce),橢(tuo)(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)短半軸不斷變小。在粉磨腔(qiang)內(nei)形成(cheng)不均勻振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),在靠近(jin)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器側(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de)垂直(zhi)橢(tuo)(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)提(ti)高(gao)了能量輸入;在遠離(li)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器側(ce)(ce)為(wei)近(jin)水平(ping)直(zhi)線型橢(tuo)(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),提(ti)高(gao)了單筒偏(pian)心(xin)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)磨被(bei)磨物(wu)料和磨介(jie)的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)轉(zhuan)速度近(jin)4-5倍(bei),由于(yu)磨礦機(ji)理以(yi)壓(ya)縮下的(de)(de)(de)箭(jian)切力為(wei)主,因此(ci)提(ti)高(gao)了摩擦力,這對細磨和分散(san)特別有利。
上述的(de)(de)橢圓(yuan)運動,使粉磨室內(nei)形成不同的(de)(de)功能區,可分為(wei)(wei)壓(ya)縮為(wei)(wei)主粉碎(sui)區、剪切為(wei)(wei)主粉碎(sui)區、混合粉碎(sui)區,沖擊力粉碎(sui)作用變得次要,這兩種型式的(de)(de)粉磨,能量利用效率高,轉換成的(de)(de)熱(re)能和(he)噪(zao)音小(xiao),因此磨機(ji)發熱(re)小(xiao),設備(bei)噪(zao)音低。
